Do you sync with my accounting software?
We sync to Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Peachtree, Sage 50, Intacct, MS Dynamics, and SAP. Quickbooks integration is extensive and flexible. Nobody comes close to the level of syncing you can do in ScrapRight. Version 2 of ScrapRight will even have integrated accounting built in to the software.
What package is right for me? ScrapRight or iScrapRight?
Choosing either iScrapRight or ScrapRight comes down to several factors. iScrapRight was designed to help get yards (usually on the smaller side) to quickly get into compliance, run super fast ticketing and receipts and run essential reporting. While iScrapRight's featureset continues to grow, ScrapRight has everything a yard of any size could need and may be a better fit fr more established companies. Please reach out to a rep for more information on choosing the package that is right for you.
How soon can I get installed?
We can spool up a hosted account in the matter of days once a contract is signed. Hardware can be ordered and installed remotely shortly after, and with initial ScrapRight University video training you could be up and running very quickly. For iScrapRight subscribers, we have had users sign up and create tickets the same day they signed up! For On-Prem installs, where a server resides at your offices, there is a longer lead time. If you opt for a "Done 4 U" option, we will send installers to you yard and do a go-live implementation and training.
